We verify photo ID, take security deposits and request a reason for staying.


Swift Stay Properties becomes your tenant meaning we take on full responsibility for all household bills, utilities, WiFi, council tax and regular maintenance as part of our agreement.


Yes. We pay you a fixed monthly amount regardless of occupancy, giving you predictable, hassle free income.


We take a security deposit from guests and we also carry insurance to cover damages. Properties are professionally cleaned and inspected regularly to catch any issues early.


No. We do not permit parties or events and have strict policies in place, including noise awareness devices, cctv on entry and virtual assistants to intervene early if there are any concerns.


We sign a company let and management agreement, clearly outlining terms, responsibilities, break clauses and your guaranteed rent amount.


We typically offer 3-5 year agreements, but we're open to discussing flexible terms with a break clause for peace of mind.


We host working professionals, business travellers, clients relocating and travelling families. Strictly no partygoers or unverified bookings.


After every stay and during long term bookings, we schedule interim cleans. We also provide photo documentation after each clean. 


We carry out regular inspections and keep an open line of communication with you throughout.


We handle all guest communication, cleaning, maintenance and marketing. You get paid without the usual tenant issues or management stress.


Yes. You're welcome to schedule inspections. We also share regular reports and photos to keep you posted.


We take care of all day to day maintenance and minor repairs at our own cost, so you're not disturbed with small issues. If a repair falls under your responsibility (e.g. structural or major systems), we'll notify you immediately and can either handle it using your preferred contractor or manage the repair on your behalf.


We will either renew or hand the property back in excellent condition.
